How will my order be packaged?

At Arby's Market Fresh Catering, we deliver your food in attractive, professional packaging specially designed for our catering menu. Our packaging and presentation are sure to impress any crowd or client, including you!

I would like my order delivered at a time that's not listed as a delivery option. What should I do?

Simply give your local catering manager a call. We'd be happy to arrange a specific delivery time for you.

The order I placed last time was perfect. Is there any way I can simply order the same thing again?

There certainly is. We know that when you discover a combination that pleases everyone, you may want to order it again and again. That's why you can place the same order as often as you like. Simply set up a User ID and password before you order, and then click on the "past orders" button to pull up your recent requests.

I have an event to cater, but the ordering deadline has passed. What should I do?

If there's any way we can facilitate your order, we'll certainly try. Simply give your local catering manager a call and explain the situation. We'll do everything we can to help.

What forms of payment does Arby's Market Fresh Catering accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, and Discover, both online and at participating restaurants. At this time, Arby's gift cards are not accepted as payment for online catering orders.

Can I customize an order to make it the perfect size? For example, can I tailor my order for seven people?

Sure. We'll help you determine the best order for a group of any size. Be sure to take a look at our Menu Ideas page for catering ideas based on the number of people attending. Also, feel free to contact your local catering manager to plan a specific menu perfect for your group.

We have a vegetarian in the group/someone has special dietary needs. Can I still order from Arby's Market Fresh Catering?

Of course! We go out of our way to see that every member of your event is happy. We have a number of vegetarian options and will gladly try to accommodate any special requests. Simply call your local catering manager to discuss your order.

Can I set up an account to be invoiced?

Contact your local Arby's catering manager to determine what options are available to you in your market.

Do you provide plates and utensils?

We sure do! When you order from Arby's Market Fresh Catering, we take care of all the details. We provide plates, utensils and condiments. And, in case you need them, our iced tea service comes complete with cups and ice as well.

I see a lot of talk about "freshness." How fresh will my food really be?

In a word: very. We slice our deli meat just for your order the same day as delivery. We bake our cookies and turnovers specifically for your order so you can enjoy that fresh-from-the-oven taste.
